If you are a true Christian you are with Jesus all the time. You confess as soon as you do something wrong. If you only give “a desinated time to be with Him, then you are not really with Him. People say they go in a “prayer closet” or sit on a “prayer chair”, this is totally not how true Christians operate. Jonah was in a whale by God and he was praying to Him. You could be in hell and God JESUS will hear you. God is in everything all the time. God is furious at the churches and no one is preaching the TRUE GOD of ISRAEL. GOD is at the top and He gives the orders to the kingdom of darkness. There is no way that He just lets the enemy do stuff without Him giving the orders to what happens on planet earth and that includes COVID-19. God is in control of all the spirits and that includes us humans. We are a spirit with a soul (mind, emotions, will and heart) in a phsyical body.
