Renee My Cousin by Suzae Chevalier

Little Suzy with toddler Renee in New Jersey

Little Suzy with cousin Renee in New Jersey

Renee was born on an island with white sand

she was born in the Dominica Republic which is grand.

Her dad was an ambassador in the government

the war broke out so on a ship she went.

Renee go to the states alright

she had just begun an interesting life.

Now she lives on the other coast by the sea

She has two children who are preteens

with a lot of creative energy.

Renee works with the lawyers in the entertainment industry

in-fact she worked with lawyers at Spelling TV.

Renee got promoted in a entertainment job out there

she had to wait till they fired the manager’s mistress with red long hair.

When Spelling TV was bought out

she had to train lawyers the nuts and bolts.

Her friends tell her a movie she should write

maybe an adventure, a comedy but nothing boring or light.

Best wishes Renee for a movie that is upbeat-

it will keep the audiences on the edge of their seats.

Suzae.co will expand and grow-
with photos of children that
go to my shows.
So stay tune for more
that’s in store-
photos photographed
on a faraway shore.

Suzae on Franklin Ave Minneapolis by Suzae Chevalier

I was in a mansion on the top floor

I had a architect kidy corner from my door.

A physical therapist on my other side

and a cottage house out back with recording

studio inside.

I met Bad Finger’s Joey Molland.

Yes, Mark Healey was in his band-

and they traveled in the Midwest land.

Anyway I digress–

it was a fun memory in time

some of the best.

Thank You Jesus For Saving My Life by Suzae Chevalier

Thank You Jesus for being with me in the womb
Thank You Jesus for being with me to my tomb-
this is where I will be resurrected and come
to life–
in a glorified body that can not be harmed
with a knife.
Thank You Jesus for fighting my spiritual battles
all the time
without You I would not shine.
Thank You Jesus for your sacrifice–
Thank You for giving me a new life.

Days Past by Suzae Chevalier

ChristmasSuzyLisa

Holidays are a cherished time

for my childlike mind.

my belief in Jesus

was still not clear

one day I would be His “Little Dear”–

Going to bed on a Holiday night-

I could not wait for the gifts of gifts to arrive

and on that day Jesus makes our new bodies stay forever alive.

These are memories of old holiday past-

only the future in heaven will really last.

“Dad Why is This So?” by Suzae Chevalier

DadBabySuzy

Sitting in Dad’s arms when I was young

I knew the fun had just begun.

Exploring the world in minute detail-

I knew I could do anything without fail.

I set out to question my dad-

“Why does this dog look so sad?”

He replied without getting mad

Why do you ask so many questions

Suzy dear?

I say “I want to know

he has sad eyes with a tear.”

My question baffled my dad so

he was used to questions

with a yes or no.

I would still to this day

ask myself questions on like

“Why is the world is this way?”
