ELLIE THE SWEETHEART by Suzae Chevalier
Meeting Ellie for the very first time
she had just turned 1 and she walking just fine.
I complimented her, saying “I like your animal print coat”
she was quiet, she had to clear her throat.
I took Ellie to the park to play on the swing
We played characters during hide and go seek.
Ellie wanted to play 16 year old character
in a movie that will appear on the screen one day.
Ellie didn’t like character that was sad and blue
she told me she didn’t want to eat blueberries for she didn’t want to be cold too.
Ellie had original and fun birthdays– all the time.
I would bring two girls named Elsie and Madeleine.
I have newspaper of Ellie in costume and skates
I will make painting of her with acrylic paint.
I also have photos of Ellie and her friends
were sitting around a tree on the ground.
I will make a book with all photos of her
when she was young with golden curls.

Sister Lisa’s Surprise by Suzae Chevalier
As a kid I made a fake “me”,
she was like me but not too tall.
I sewed her up with bathroom towels,
she was original and had no jowls.
Practical joke I did make,
with Funny face that was fake.
I put fake toy in my bed,
covered the blankets over dolls head.
Then my sister went to sleep,
I told her from far away,
I was sleeping “Please don’t make a peep? ”
My sister said, “Are you alright?
you look very sick looking tonight.”
I replied, with a yell, ha! Ha!
Then I ran to room laughing out loud.
My sister got scared, and then she laughed,
It was very funny, I do say now
It was hysterical it was a blast–
Funny childhood memory, the ones that last!

Cleveland Friend 2003 by Suzae Chevalier
Cleveland Ohio I went to
in 2003 yes indeed with a turtle named Toledo
named after an Ohio city.
who painted famous people which sold
left my belongings at Hippie’s sisters that
that had diabetes because she was old.
Artist hippie thought I was really hot
so wanted me to stay
but I said “no way
I’m on to Florida the sunshine state.”
Now artist’s sister still has
One of my CD’s,
I really did see Cleveland
like Lake View Cemetery
where it was gigantic and we did not terry.
Since then I went through Ohio state
but not through Cleveland which
makes Ohio the state so great
Maybe next time at another later date.

Hummingbird Hotel by Suzae Chevalier
There one was a Hummingbird hotel
in Lake Worth I remember it well.
I paint on the sidewalk just outside,
I was happy and filled with pride.
I was a rogue artist that did not give up,
even when they said there was no more spots.
Now this year the Hummingbird hotel is closed
still many stories need to be told
Thank you Winston for sharing what you know
and letting be in the Street Painting show.

PRAY FOR OPRAH – Poem by Suzae Chevalier
Pray for Oprah
while you still can–
We need to pray for all lost souls
Lost souls need to see the truth they should know.
The Gospel is the God’s Word
it isn’t a bunch of made up stories that you’ve heard.
Let’s give our Lord all the glory for it is His Love Story.
He is Holy and His Grand–He died for us in this land.
Do not believe what false prophet’s have said
this is a rumor that people where feed.
We need to be one body of Christ
we need to pray as a nation and not gossip and cause strife.
Misinformation is like a parasite, making people wrong and right.
God does not like gossip of mankind–
it’s is like a wire of misinformation in twisted vines.
Gossip is like a virus for lies are said–
it’s a weaves it’s stories into people’s heads.
We are made in God’s image and with our words we make a blessing
or a curse. Words can last a lifetime with a deep hurt.
Only God knows everyone’s heart and if it is sincere-
and Oprah is no exception she needs all our prayers.
We all need to make into God’s kingdom and be sincere.

THANK YOU JESUS FOR SAVING ME
Back in two thousand and twelve
I had pain I remember it well.
But now because Lord Jesus did save me–
I am free indeed.
Back then I prayed for a day without pain–
A day without pain would be so divine
feeling like a ray of bright sunshine.
Just beaming down below–
and falling softly like snow.
No pain is the goal–but really being HOLY NOW even more so.
for we have to win a lot of lost souls.

“Roses Are Blue Violets Are Red” (Who is this Bird who flies over my head) by Suzae Chevalier
Roses are blue, violets are red
I have loving thoughts of you in my head.
In my heart they have been,
buried deep hiding within.
Roses are red violets are blue
I have good thoughts of you that are true
Please bring me some of your sunshine
I will be with you till the end of time.
Roses are blue violets are red
Who said we will soon wed?

Emma Jean Hears Walt Disney’s Great Plans
Emma Jean who is storyteller supreme
grew up in Missouri with all beautiful things.
Her dad a doctor invented the kidney dialysis machine—
She would go on doctor house calls before
she was a teen.
In fact Emma Jean was only eight years old—
in California–making it grand.
Swinging on the front porch she did hear—
all stories of her mother’s childhood
these are found memories she held so dear

NYC ADVENTURE
In a limo I did ride
I was traveling just before twilight.
Many people I did see
they all looked happily back at me
I did surprisingly see a nun
then I looked out my window people having fun.
The my limo did stop and the wheels did squeak–
I saw in review mirror profile of me with my sparkling cheek.
I was quite hidden in view people only see my blonde hair
that is true.
I was on my way to my own comedy show which I didn’t know–
that I would be the comedy of my own funny show.
My entourage was patiently waiting outside–
I realize I was out of my limo with nowhere to hide!
Click, click the cameras went
I snuck out of limo to my own comedy event.
It was in NYC at the Apollo
my name lit up in lights like no tomorrow.
I thought no way in all my days
I would I would be on the Apollo stage!
That was just my luck, I heard the alarm and then I woke up.

Bahamas Cruise 2006
On a cruise ship I did sail
going to the Bahamas
remembering it well.
Listening to bands that played
dance hits of their day–
That’s when the word
happy meant gay.
Taking photos on the deck
eating lobster, shrimp and steak.
Raining when ship does land
can not sunbathe on the sand.
Walking around to see the sights
Bahama’s tote bag I did buy–
A tote bag that caught my eye
even Bahamian lady very pleased.
I put them in my Bahama’s tote
More sightseeing before getting on boat.
Walking around the town
bargains everywhere to be found.
Now I will go back some day soon
I will look for stars and moons.
